  Honey is a sweet adhesive liquid which is dark in colour produces a honey sac of different bees which is produced from nectar. The colour and the flavour is known by the flower from which nector is collected . The honey is also a natural immune booster which protect it from chronic infection ,chronic inflammation . Honey has anticancer effect.
